La Devanture invites you to discover different spaces in the heart of Paris!
The entrance
Once past the entrance gate with its lyre, a vestige of an industrial past, your guests will discover a private passage and a courtyard with southern accents leading to the entrance hall.
Performance Hall
The Black Room is a multi-purpose space of 450 m², totally soundproofed, that can accommodate up to 266 people seated for shows or performances, and can be transformed into a concert hall, a parade hall or an exhibition hall with 400 seats.
The Claire Room
A space under a glass roof, bathed in light, this room can accommodate 350 people standing or 200 seated for shows, exhibitions, meetings, cocktails ....
A Mezzanine
The mezzanine of the Maison des Métallos, 120 m² of luminous space overlooking the entrance hall, houses a bar and offers a capacity of 50 seats or 100 standing.
The Pavilion
The Pavilion, accessible from the courtyard or by a footbridge, houses 4 rooms (70 to 90m²), intended for the organization of workshops, exhibitions, meetings, etc.


For technical needs and cleaning of the premises, the organizer can call on external service providers, or use the resources made available by the owners of the premises (technical personnel, installations, and specifications established according to the event).
