In Bordeaux, we present to you a beautiful space consisting of a unique rectangular room that opens up, thanks to its fully glazed facade, in the heart of Bordeaux in a lively neighborhood. The floor is made of raw concrete, and the walls retain the charm of Bordeaux stone. The room has a small storage area and can be complemented by the patio to create a fitting room or showcase certain products in an unusual way. The storefront is made of SP10 glass, and a metal curtain allows the space to be closed and secured at night.
The reversible air conditioning system enables heating in winter and cooling in summer.

The pop-up space is rented empty, with a storage unit and two shelves on the wall. The wall sconces and curtains are included but can be replaced.
Tenants have access to toilets and the house's kitchen. As an optional paid service, daily cleaning, a coffee machine, breakfast, etc., are available. Upon request, we can provide a quote to customize the space to align with your brand, including window decals, painting, decoration, furniture, and more.
